Tim's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. (THAC, Inc.) was established in 1992 by Tim Merritt, who is still the current owner and operator of the business. With the love and passion for the heating and air industry, Tim started the company single handedly and has built THAC, Inc. to what it is today. We are a company still putting the customer first. Providing comfort and quality to our customers is our main objective. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction to each and every client through high quality customer service and workmanship. We like to be able to look back at each job and be proud that our name is on it. THAC, Inc. is an innovative comfort specialist with an emphasize on indoor air quality.

June 2004, Tim's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. purchased the well established customer base of Butler's Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customers were accustom to receiving prompt, quality service, which they continue to receive with THAC, Inc.
